• Schedule Demo form: your name, email, company (optional), team size (optional), job title (optional), and any message you add.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

For every form submission, we also record the IP address and browser (user agent) it came from, mainly to help with spam prevention and troubleshooting.

• To respond to your message or demo request.
• To send you the confirmation email tied to the form you submitted.
• To send newsletter updates, if you subscribed - you can unsubscribe at any time.

Being direct about the current state of this site:

• We don't set any cookies or use analytics tracking on this site today.
• We don't collect billing or payment information here - there's no billing system on this site.
• We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form submissions are stored in our own database and are not shared with third parties, except for the email delivery service we use to send confirmation emails.

You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in those emails. If you'd like your form submission data removed, reach out through the Contact page and we'll take care of it.

As FieldOps adds new features (like billing or user accounts), this page will be updated to reflect what's actually happening with your data at that point.
